Basic Principles


SPRODY expects buyers and sellers to:


  • Conduct themselves honestly and in good faith at all times.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to the sale of goods and intellectual property.
  • Follow SPRODY’s terms and conditions.
  • Be friendly, kind, and respectful, avoiding inappropriate or offensive language, hate speech, abuse, harassment, or disparaging behavior toward others.



Sellers


Sellers agree to:


  • Accurately describe items and respond to buyer inquiries promptly.
  • Reply to emails as soon as possible, and within two working days.
  • Ship items promptly, within one week of receiving payment and the delivery address, unless otherwise indicated in the listing or agreed upon by both parties.
  • Charge fair and reasonable shipping fees that reflect actual packaging and postage costs, without inflating them for profit.
  • Make every effort to resolve issues through communication before leaving negative feedback.
  • Avoid retaliatory feedback or behavior.
  • Not send unsolicited messages (spam) to previous buyers.
  • Ensure goods are of acceptable quality, safe, and durable, clearly noting any defects.
  • Ensure goods are fit for their intended purpose, including any purposes indicated in the listing.
  • Act responsibly and address product faults promptly within a reasonable time after the sale (except those caused by unreasonable use) or offer a replacement/refund.
  • Clearly state delivery terms, including shipping costs, taxes, fees, and estimated delivery times.
  • Comply with all relevant trade laws in the applicable country (if a professional trader).
  • Disclose their trader status if selling in a professional capacity.



Buyers


Buyers agree to:


  • Reply to emails as soon as possible, and within two working days.
  • Pay for purchased goods promptly, within one week of purchase confirmation and receipt of payment details.
  • Make every effort to resolve issues through communication before leaving negative feedback.
  • Avoid retaliatory feedback or behavior.
  • Not send unsolicited messages (spam) to previous sellers.
