Return and Refund Policy


Welcome to Sprody! We strive to provide you with fresh produce and local products.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.



Returns



Eligibility for Returns:

  • Produce and products should be checked before pickup, as some items may be prone to damage during transport. Where possible, please liaise with the seller if any produce/products are damaged or unsatisfactory compared to what was purchased.
  • Ideally, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods that show signs of use or are past their shelf life.
  • Fragile items that the seller has indicated are not preferable for delivery.
  • Customized or specially packaged orders.


Return Process:

  • Please use the return/refund process in your account for purchased goods.
  • Contact your seller first to see if the items can be returned.
  • If the issue is not resolved, please contact our customer support team (see the Contact Us page).
  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and images of the product (if applicable).



Exchanges


Sellers may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact them directly within 24 hours of receiving the product for assistance. They may facilitate an exchange if deemed suitable.
